In different versions, there are a few minor differences:

-- In the bridge of the demo version, instead of saying, "I rise to meet the end," she says, "I rise to meet my end."

--The final chorus is repeated twice more in both the Fallen and the Anywhere But Home versions.

--In the Fallen and ABH versions, the song is ended with the chant, "Servatis a periculum. Servatis a maleficum." This is Latin and literally translates, "You all save us from danger. You all save us from evil." Note that "periculum" and "maleficum" are in the accusative case when the preposition "a" takes the ablative. Additionally, "servatis" is indicative, not imperative (which would translate, "Save"); I assume this was a simple lack of understanding on the part of whomever wrote in the Latin parts, though, I must say, getting the right ending on the verb for the plural 'you' is impressive! In order to get the desired "Save us" effect, the correct Latin would be, "Serva nos a periculo. Serva nos a malefico."

--At the end of the live version, Amy Lee says something to the effect of, "hide the light," at the end of the song. I haven't been able to find out what she is really saying...
